Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of phishvoid.com, including the phishing report and demo request forms. By using the website you accept them. The Phishvoid protection service itself is provided under a separate written agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

1. Who runs this website

The website is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Full company details are on the Trust & legal page.

2. Information only

Content on this website describes our service and general practices for fighting phishing. It is not legal advice, and it does not create a client relationship or any obligation for us to act on your behalf.

3. Reporting phishing sites

Anyone can report a suspected phishing site for free. When you submit a report, you agree that:

  • you report in good faith and the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you will not report sites you know are legitimate, or use the form to harass, defame or harm anyone;
  • you will not submit malware, illegal content, or other people’s personal data beyond what is needed to describe the report;
  • we decide independently whether and how to act on a report, and we may decline or ignore any report;
  • we may share the reported URL and technical evidence with the third parties described in our Privacy Policy, but not your identity unless you ask us to.

Submitting a report does not make you our client and does not oblige us to keep you updated.

4. About our service

  • Authorization first. We act on behalf of a brand only after its owner or an authorized representative signs a letter of authorization.
  • Third-party decisions. Removal decisions are made by independent third parties such as hosting providers, registrars, Cloudflare, browser vendors and platforms. We cannot guarantee that a given site will be removed, or how quickly, except as set out in a client’s written agreement and service level terms.
  • Lawful methods only. We use notices, complaints and reporting channels that providers offer. We never attack, access or interfere with third-party systems.

5. Acceptable use of the website

You may not use the website to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with their operation, send automated or bulk submissions, or test our security without permission. If you have found a security issue, please report it to abuse@phishvoid.com.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Phishvoid name, logo, website design and content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Names such as Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Netcraft, APWG, PhishTank, Meta, X, TikTok, App Store, Google Play and USOM are trademarks or names of their respective owners. We mention them only to describe the reporting channels we use. This does not mean they are affiliated with, endorse or sponsor Phishvoid.

The website links to third-party sites and services, such as Telegram. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability related to our protection service is governed by the client agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [CITY] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions: hello@phishvoid.com.
